เป็นกรณีที่ ครัวเรือน add จากงานฉีดพ่น ชุบมุ้ง แจกมุ้ง (ไม่ได้ add ผ่านครัวเรือนโดยตรง) เมื่อคลิกแก้ไขครัวเรือนที่เพิ่มจากกิจกรรม Latitude / Longitude ถูก set default เป็น 0,0
ดังนั้น ในกรณีครัวเรือนที่ไม่มี Latitude / Longitude เมื่อกด Edit ระบบควรจะโหลดแผนที่โดยอ้างอิงจากกลุ่มบ้านที่เลือกไว้

#3792 Fixed two bugs in AddEditHouseInfoDialog: map now defaults to Roadmap, edit mode fetches lat/lon from VillageId when missing, and HouseholdUpdate now explicitly saves Lat/Lon to the database.
