1.ปรับระยะห่างระหว่างช่องกรอกข้อมูล (Input) ให้เป็นมาตรฐานที่ 12px
2.ปรับระยะห่างระหว่างช่อง ระหว่างบรรทัดให้เท่ากันตามมาตรฐาน
ดีไซน์ (Design):
1.ปรับสีปุ่มสถานที่ตรวจบำบัด,ชื่อ-นามสกุลผู้ป่วย,ที่อยู่ จากสีเขียวเข้มเป็นสีเขียวอ่อนและตัวหนังสือเป็น รูปแบบเดียวกันกับปุ่มสถานะ
2.ปรับสีสถานะ ‘รอการสอบสวน’ สีเส้นกรอบและสีตัวหนังสือเป็นสีรหัส #a57200
