Fix Applied — SetEmailUser (1 method, ~3 lines changed)

Before: Always set Status = WaitingForVerifyEmail
After:

  • Always set IsEmailVerified = Inactive ✅ (marks new email as unverified)
  • Only set Status = WaitingForVerifyEmail if not already Active ✅
