เมื่อทำการเปลี่ยน ภาษา TH <--> EN Blazor - จะทำการ reload ทั้งหน้า ส่งผลให้ page Self Register ถูก reinitialize และกลับไปเริ่มต้นที่ step index = 0 ครับ
